Sea Tiger Prawns-8 pcs (open shoulder)
Cuttlefish slip-200gm
Chicken minced-80gm
Small onion-1 small (chopped)
Lemon zest-a little
Ginger-a little
Lemongrass-a little (chopped)
Japanese Cucumber-2 Pieces (Decoration)
Roman lettuce-a pinch (garnish)

seasoning:
Lemon soy sauce-3 tablespoons
Water-1 tablespoon and a half
Sugar-half a tablespoon
Sesame Oil-Moderate
Pepper-a pinch
Potato flour-a pinch

practice:
1. First defrost the sea tiger prawns and then use a knife to lift the shoulders to make a loquat shape, wash the cornstarch and stuff the squid chicken on it and then set aside.
